Open Heart Meditation
Description:
This simple and effective heart-based practice focuses on “feeling” rather than visualizations or breath work, to get you “out of your head,” and into your heart! Unlike other meditations, this open heart meditation not only includes remote Reiki, but is set to ancient Solfeggio frequency of 639 hz to assist the balancing and clearing of the Heart Chakra. This frequency has been known to activate healing and love, improve interpersonal connections and healthy relationships while providing a restorative journey. This meditation was designed to assist those who have previously struggled with meditation or believe they’re not “good at meditating.”
This guided, heart-opening meditation includes remote Reiki, with the intention of opening the Heart Chakra to provide a flow of love, joy, and connection to the Self and Source. The Open Heart Meditation provides grounding and promotes the feelings of peace, calmness, and expansion of the heart center, which is one of the reasons why I decided to incorporate this incredible meditation technique into the Reiki certification curriculum. Since this meditation incorporates remote Reiki, it has the added benefit of assisting you to release blocks, stagnant energy, and improve spiritual growth.
When our hearts are open, we have the ability to feel a deeper connection of love and gratitude with Source, the Self, and others. Having an open Heart Chakra enables us to being in the flow of life and in a state of surrender, because of the stream of love and trust that flows through us comes from the Divine.

You may repeat this meditation daily or as you feel intuitively called to do so. Please note that since this meditation includes remote Reiki, it is normal to feel heightened emotions, which can appear in the form of an emotional or physical release, such as laughing, crying, coughing, or the release of pressure in the body resulting in feeling lighter. As you surrender and allow yourself to release what is blocking you and no longer serves you, the Reiki works to remove such energies from the body, mind & spirit. Reiki healing is like a layered uncovering process, much like peeling back the layers of an onion, each Reiki healing session gently heals at a deeper level than the previous session.

One, 16-minute mp3 guided open heart meditation, infused with remote Reiki and Solfeggio frequency of 639 Hz to restore and balance the Heart Chakra.
One, printable 3-page worksheet with tips for the open heart meditation in a PDF file US Letter size (8.5” x 11”).
